CAPA and Root Cause

Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) is a system of quality procedures required to eliminate the causes of an existing nonconformity and to prevent recurrence of nonconforming product, processes, and other quality problems. Why do a Root Cause Analysis? Because unless you identify the root cause of a problem, you cannot resolve it. Most companies are doomed to repeat their mistakes, because the root cause for their mistakes is not fixed.
This workshop is designed to train the attendees on conducing corrective actions, preventive actions (CAPA), and train on how to properly conduct a root cause analysis.
Certificate will be provided for all participants.
