Stephen Sundlof, Ph.D., is Senior Advisor for Animal and Human Food Safety for EAS Consulting Group. He is an internationally recognized leader in food and feed safety, who served in the agency for 18 years, including 14 years as director of the Center for Veterinary Medicine and more than two years as director of the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition. Prior to joining the agency in 1994, he was a professor on the faculty of the University of Florida’s College of Veterinary Medicine.
