Angela Anandappa, Alliance for Advanced Sanitation

Angela Anandappa, Ph.D. is director of the Alliance for Advanced Sanitation. She is also a research assistant professor with the Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has more than 15 years of experience in food safety, molecular diagnostics and program development. At the Alliance she develops inter- disciplinary research and programs to address complex food safety issues and prevent them by addressing hygienic design and sanitation challenges.
