This intensive 8-week project-based virtual program begins April 8, 2026 and is designed to elevate the investigative and preventive capabilities of food safety professionals across the supply chain.

It equips quality directors, HACCP coordinators, operations managers, technical staff, compliance officers, and other food safety leaders with the skills to conduct rigorous root cause determinations, design robust corrective and preventive actions, and justify investigations with defensible documentation.

The comprehensive curriculum includes foundational modules such as The Physics of Failure & Regulatory Theory, advanced causal modeling with logic trees and Fishbone diagrams, risk quantification using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), human factors investigation, CAPA engineering with Poka-Yoke principles, verification of effectiveness protocols, and regulatory-ready documentation strategies.
